 I'm a wife, a busy mom, I work full-time for a high tech company and I love fitness, nutrition, workout fashion and wellness. I strive everyday to find a balance in my life. Some days I'm successful, but most I'm fumbling around trying not to forget who to pick up, when my next call is, and what is next on my long  list of to do's.

Workouts

I am an athlete at heart. But after I had my twins finding time  to workout was challenging. Mom guilt is real and I had a hard time justifying taking hours out of my day to go to the gym to get a "good" workout in.  I was miserable when I wasn't active, so I had to find a way to fit in my workouts. One day I'll hit the gym hard again, but for now it is 30-45 min at home workouts squeezed in wherever  and whenever I can fit them in.

Nutrition

I have picky eaters so eating health often times means making multiple meals. I know, I know, I have read all the things I should do, but if you don't have extreme picky eaters you don't get it. I also struggle with under eating. I would rather snack a few times a day than eat meals. So I have come up with some tricks to help me keep my sanity in the kitchen.
