WorkoutsI am an athlete at heart. But after I had my twins finding time to workout was challenging. Mom guilt is real and I had a hard time justifying taking hours out of my day to go to the gym to get a "good" workout in. I was miserable when I wasn't active, so I had to find a way to fit in my workouts. One day I'll hit the gym hard again, but for now it is 30-45 min at home workouts squeezed in wherever and whenever I can fit them in.

NutritionI have picky eaters so eating health often times means making multiple meals. I know, I know, I have read all the things I should do, but if you don't have extreme picky eaters you don't get it. I also struggle with under eating. I would rather snack a few times a day than eat meals. So I have come up with some tricks to help me keep my sanity in the kitchen.
